Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for a Calibration Technician A to join our team in Everett, WA.Position Responsibilities:Plan, check, set up, and operate, basic and advanced Measurement and Test Equipment (M&TE) and/or process equipmentUse calibration standards (dimensional, electrical, thermal, and optical) to calibrate, adjust, certify, maintain, and repair M&TE/process equipment using approved calibration procedures, process specifications, equipment drawings, and M&TE /process equipment manufacturer's performance specificationsConduct routine tests, analyze data and document resultsTroubleshoot and recommend resolution of shop floor equipment, laboratory and test-related problemsRoute M&TE/process equipment between receiving area, customer, and calibration labCoordinate with customers to calibrate stationary equipment while limiting machine downtimeUpdate equipment status using established systems and complete associated paperworkEnsure equipment is ready for calibration per metrology processesPrioritize and perform work according to automated daily report list, hot list, or as assigned by team lead or managerPerform visual check of M&TE/process equipment for discrepancies and wearIdentify, document, and route non-conforming items in accordance with metrology lab processesProvide information and clarification to customers on metrology processesDevelop and review new calibration processes and proceduresPerform computations necessary to analyze measurement test resultsThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
