By handling all guest services matters, you ensure the guest are well cared for and have a memorable stay experience while visiting the Carolinas! You'll also: - Handle guest registration and property management while maintaining proprietary information including credit card information, in a secure and confidential manner- Sell amusement park tickets- Solve guest related concerns in a positive and professional manner by following Marriott's guest recovery process- Maintain property key control- Stock the Market- Maintain inviting lobby- Respond to emergency situations by following hotel protocol.
