This role works closely with a long-tenured CFO and leads all accounting operations across multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close in full GAAP complianceMaintain strong internal controls and oversee audits and tax complianceManage manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, and variance analysisSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisPartner with operations to improve margins and processesLead and develop an accounting team (3í¢â‚¬"5 direct reports)Support ERP systems and continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Active CPA license in California (required)Bachelorí¢â‚¬â„¢s degree in Accounting or FinanceStrong GAAP accounting and internal controls experienceManufacturing industry background (highly preferred)Proven team leadership and management experienceStable job history with long-term tenureERP xijylhu experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)Comfortable wearing many hats in a hands-on environment Why This Role Long-term leadership opportunityStable and profitable manufacturing environmentHigh visibility role working directly with the CFOCompetitive base salary, bonus, and full benefitsPandoLogic.
