The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in foreclosure matters and be comfortable handling high-volume caseloads.Responsibilities Include:Oversee foreclosure cases from intake through entry of Final Judgment and saleReview and approve Complaints, Amended Complaints, motions, and noticesReview title updates, including confirmation of Lis Pendens recordingReview demand letters for legal sufficiency and complianceReview estoppel letters for accuracy and legal completenessReview drafted payoff and reinstatement lettersEvaluate and respond to title claims as neededAttend contested and uncontested hearings and trialsAssist with the completion of client reportingCorrespond with opposing counsel and clients regarding matters handled by the firmUpdate LPS, TEMPO, Noteflow, CaseAware, and other client systems, including timely responses to client emailsQualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolActive license and good standingAt least 1-3 years of foreclosure experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentComputer proficiency requiredOutstanding research, negotiating, and communication skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow within a dynamic real estate and foreclosure practice.About CompanyHoward Law is a client-focused firm dedicated to providing high-quality legal services in foreclosure, real estate, and litigation matters.
