If you're interested in joining a team that empowers employees, clients, and partners to help them reach their goals, apply today!Compensation:$110,000+ at plan earnings with $40,000 baseResponsibilities:Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperworkRead on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application.Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc.Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation then report any discrepancies to the loan originatorAct as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressedFollow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer serviceResponsible for meeting and connecting with clients on a daily basis to help them qualify for financing the purchase of a home.Powered by one of the most robust CRM's in the real estate industry.Have the ability to work closely with prospective clients and then hand it off to your assistant for gathering documentation to process the loan.Direct access to underwriting to help clients get approved for financing.Qualifications:Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clientsProficiency in MS Office required; CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred5+ years of professional office environment experience as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant preferredCollege degree in finance or banking preferred.
