Overhead Door - Lead Installer

If you have strong industry experience and proven leadership skills, we want to hear from you.*Key Responsibilities** Lead a small installation crew to safely and efficiently execute projects.* Install, service, and troubleshoot a wide range of commercial products, including: Sectional doors, Coiling doors and grilles, High-speed doors, Smoke and fire curtains, and Dock equipment (levelers, seals, bumpers, etc.)* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.* Train and mentor junior members of your team.* Manage your dedicated company truck* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.* Handle occasional residential door installations as needed.* Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients on-site.*Required Qualifications** *Must have* significant experience in the overhead door industry, with a strong background in commercial installation.* *Must have* proven experience leading a small team or crew.* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.* Ability to work independently and manage project timelines.* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.* Must be able to lift heavy objects, work from ladders or lifts, and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.*Preferred Qualifications (A Plus)** Experience with welding or low-voltage electrical work is a plus but not required.* Prior installation experience with hollow metal doors & frames is a plus but not required.* OSHA 10 or 30 certification.*What We Offer** *Dedicated Company Vehicle:* Company-provided vehicle, equipped with specialized tools.* *Leadership Opportunity:* Be in charge of your own team and help grow our installation department.* *Competitive Pay:* Based on your experience and leadership skills.* *Stable Work:* Full-time, year-round projects.* Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.* Health Insurance, HRA, Simple IRA, Holiday Bonus Program, Gym Reimbursement and Cell Phone Reimbursement. xijylhu If you are an experienced installer looking to join a company where your skills are valued and you can make a direct impact, we encourage you to apply today.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 per hourBenefits:* Cell phone reimbursement* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Retirement planAbility to Commute:* Akron, NY 14001 (Required)Work Location: In person
