*IT Manager:* Keller Rohrback L.L.P., a Pacific Northwest-based, nationally recognized law firm for its cutting-edge cases, is seeking to hire an innovative and highly technically proficient IT Manager. This key leadership role will drive the firm's technology strategy, oversee implementation and optimization, deliver robust systems performance, and ensure systems security. IT Department leadership requires a hands-on approach for collaboration, inclusion, accountability, and teamwork to deliver operational excellence. Strong interpersonal skills and professional discretion are necessary as the IT Manager regularly engages with the firm's attorneys, staff, and vendors on sensitive, operational, and strategic issues*. *This hybrid, exempt position is assigned to our Seattle office and reports to our Director of Administration and Executive Committee.Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.*Essential Functions of the Job: ** Develop, advocate, and consult with the Director of Administration and Executive Committee to implement technology initiatives and solutions, long-range strategies, goals, objectives, and policies that align with the firm's culture and needs in a timely manner.* Manage IT operations and infrastructure, including data stewardship, and business continuity to include data services, application evaluation and deployment, network communications, security, disaster recovery planning, and continuous improvement of systems and processes.* Demonstrate technical proficiency and operational excellence, with deep knowledge of IT systems, emerging technologies, and Microsoft technology stack.* Establish policies for data integrity, system reliability, and disaster recovery while monitoring performance and recommending enhancements across all IT functions to ensure compliance, security, and IT Operations.* Lead and oversee the IT department employees, to include hiring, training, providing feedback and direction, all while cultivating a positive, supportive, and high-performing culture.* Develop and maintain vendor relations, including evaluation of emerging technologies, approval of vendor agreements, and implementation of new systems and enhancements to meet evolving firm needs.* Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours, as required.* Ability to travel as required.* Other duties as assigned.*Project Management focused responsibilities*:* Promote an innovative environment that encourages creative thinking, problem-solving, and persistence in achieving goals.* Use project management tools to track project performance.* Establish benchmarks for success and lead department employees to meet those goals.* Track project timelines, budgeting estimates, and keep the Director of Administration apprised.* Organize and lead IT Team and Practice Group meetings to discuss project goals and progress.* Develop and maintain an IT roadmap to ensure near and long-term goals align with the needs of the firm.*Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science.
