*IT Systems Administrator Overview*Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.The candidate will be responsible for support, configuration and overall management of desktop and laptop computers, associated user applications, and user security. It involves the response and resolution of end user and hardware/software issues, and the ongoing management of the IT infrastructure. The applicant is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.*Responsibilities*Set up, configure, and support all desktop hardware and operating systems as well as the associated business applications.Provide endpoint security support, including patch management, anti-virus/anti-malware management, and local machine controls.Program, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on identify management (Azure, AD, LDAP)Set up, configure, and support Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office, Office 365 [including email], and related office productivity applications.Troubleshoot hardware and software functionality issues and provide recommendations for short and long-term resolutions.Program, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on server performance.Perform and manage regular backups.*Position Qualifications*3+ years with relevant Associates degree and proven experience in a Systems Administrator roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft 365; creating users, setting up groups (shared & distribution), troubleshooting issues within 365, experience with azure AD connect, Azure AD and TeamsStrong proficiency in configuring computer Desktop and Laptop, preferably by imaging. xijylhu Proficiency in Group Policies, security, and identity managementProficiency in VMWareStrong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocolsStrong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and desktop applications, server backups, printers, Scan guns, remote access and remote control software and data cabling.*Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*:* Knowledge of NERC CIP requirementsJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceExperience:* VMWare: 1 year (Preferred)* Azure: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person
