Onboarding Specialist/Tier 2 Field Tech*In this role, you will regularly visit customer offices, serving as the primary technical contact and face of the company during onboarding. Your day involves hands-on troubleshooting, detailed documentation, and onsite audits- including network diagrams, office layouts, hardware inventory, and compliance checks.You'll manage service tickets, perform technology installations, and provide "day-after" client support. Accurate system documentation and timely completion of onboarding tasks are critical measures of success.You will collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, support, and project management to ensure seamless client experiences.*Primary Functions Include*:* Primary on-site technical contact for assigned clients.* Resolution of, or adequately diagnose problems and escalate if necessary.* Create/manage/update service tickets within our ticketing system.* Work with other members in various service delivery teams to successfully complete technology deployments.* Document system configurations.* Conducting of audits to ensure adherence to best practices.* Installation, configuration and testing or workstations, servers, and peripherals.* Creation and maintenance of client documentation.* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with infrastructure components.*Required Skills & Technical Competencies:** Working knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Windows OS (10, 11, Server 2016+).* Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, and VPN configurations.* Experience creating internal & customer-facing documentation.*Communication & Professional Skills:** Strong Interpersonal skills.* Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.* Professional and polished when client facing.* Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.* Strong ability to align actions with organizational vision and core values.* Proficient written and spoken English.* Client-first and team-first mentality.*Professional Experience:** Technical support: 5 years (Required)* Help desk/MSP: 5 years (Required)* Windows Administration: 5 years (Preferred)* Customer Service (Ex...
