EXPERIENCE AS IT WITHIN THE MORTGAGE INDUSTRY IS PREFERRED. This role requires hands-on experience in supporting IT infrastructure, with a focus on providing technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues. While prior experience in a mortgage company is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, PROFICENCY IN SALESFORCE IS REQUIRED*Responsibilities** Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems, primarily Windows.* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN connectivity, VPN access, and help desk inquiries.* Assist users with setup and configuration of office equipment and peripherals.* Maintain documentation of IT processes, issues, and resolutions using tools like Jira.* Implement Group Policy Objects (GPO) to manage user permissions and security settings.* Conduct regular maintenance checks on computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.* Collaborate with other IT team members to improve existing systems and processes.* Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and software applications.*Requirements** Proficient in operating systems, particularly Windows, with a solid understanding of computer hardware components.* Experience with VPN configuration and troubleshooting is preferred.* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.* Familiarity with LAN setup and management is essential.* Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is highly desirable.* Knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools is a plus.* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. xijylhu Join us as an IT Technician where you can utilize your skills in a supportive environment while contributing to the success of our organization.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
