Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A school district in Fremont, CA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support a diverse student population across multiple schools. This contract position offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with consistent hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, allowing for a balanced and structured workweek.Key Responsibilities:Provide occupational therapy services to approximately 60 students distributed across five schools within the district.Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement effective interventions that support student success.Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress to adjust therapy plans accordingly.Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating an inclusive educational environment.Qualifications:Valid Occupational Therapist license.Experience working as an Occupational Therapist in school settings.Strong understanding of educational regulations and therapeutic practices relevant to students.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.Ability to manage caseloads across multiple locations efficiently.Location: Fremont, CaliforniaThis opportunity offers a chance to impact students' lives positively by enhancing their functional abilities within educational settings.
