Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A travel opportunity is available for experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care to support NICU departments. This role offers the chance to provide critical care to newborns in a dynamic hospital setting.Location:This position is based in the Eden Prairie, MN area, with service locations including Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Coon Rapids. The region offers a blend of urban amenities and natural beauty, with numerous parks, lakes, and cultural attractions to explore during your time off.Schedule/Hours:12-hour shifts, either day or nightWeekend rotation every other weekendFull-time equivalent of 0.9 FTEResponsibilities:Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICUMonitor and assess infant health status and respond to changes appropriatelyCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plansEducate families about infant care and NICU proceduresMaintain accurate and detailed patient documentationQualifications:Current RN license with NICU, Neonatal, or Perinatal nursing experienceStrong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, high-acuity environmentsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWillingness to travel and adapt to new clinical settingsThis travel assignment is a 13-week opportunity to expand professional skills in neonatal nursing while experiencing a vibrant area in Minnesota.
