This 13-week travel assignment offers the chance to provide critical care to newborns in need within a dynamic hospital setting. With four openings available, this position allows you to deliver exceptional neonatal and perinatal nursing while working closely with dedicated healthcare teams.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive care to neonates in the NICU, monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in condition.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate and support families regarding newborn care and developmental progress.Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards.Participate in every other weekend rotation to ensure continuous patient coverage.Desired Experience and Qualifications:Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with NICU, Neonatal, or Perinatal nursing experience.Proven ability to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced NICU environment.Strong communication skills for interacting with families and healthcare teams.Ability to maintain attention to detail and work effectively under pressure.Flexibility to work 12-hour day or night shifts as scheduled.Schedule:12-hour shifts (day or night)Weekend rotation every other weekendThis role is based in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area, including opportunities in Lakeville and Coon Rapids.
