Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.An opportunity is available for experienced Neonatal Registered Nurses to provide specialized care in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU). This role offers the chance to work in various locations around Minneapolis, MN, including St. Paul and Coon Rapids, with a flexible travel assignment spanning approximately 13 weeks.Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns in the NICU environment.Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform necessary medical procedures following established protocols.Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate and support families regarding their newborn's health status and care requirements.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.Qualifications / Desired Experience:Current RN licensure with Neonatal or Perinatal Nursing specialization.Proven experience working in NICU or related neonatal/perinatal settings.Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Flexibility to work 12-hour day or night shifts with every other weekend rotation.Location Overview:The Minneapolis metropolitan area is a vibrant community rich in culture, arts, and recreational opportunities.
