Job DescriptionIs this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.2nd Shift Press Brake OperatorAutomation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to support 2nd shift production at a facility that manufactures custom commercial refrigeration units in the McCalla, AL area. This role is responsible for forming and bending sheet metal components that are essential to building high"‘quality, precision"‘engineered refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will be detail"‘oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast"‘paced manufacturing environment.Pay Rate $19.00 an hour Schedule and Hours 2nd shift 3pm -11pm Press Brake Operator-Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate press brake machinery to bend and shape sheet metal parts used in custom refrigeration assembly.Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and manufacturing specifications.Set up tooling, adjust machine parameters, and ensure correct back gauge positioning.Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures.Maintain accuracy and consistency to support tight tolerances required for refrigeration units.Perform basic preventive maintenance and alert supervisors to mechanical issues.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Follow all plant safety protocols and PPE requirements.Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards. Press Brake Operator- Qualifications and Requirements Previous press brake operating experience required.Ability to read and understand blueprints and production drawings.Experience with sheet metal fabrication preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for the full duration of the shift.Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with manufacturing environments, especially HVAC, metal fabrication, or refrigeration, is a plus. Job Type Full-time, temporary  Benefits • Weekly Pay• Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance• 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours• 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement PlanAutomation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401K matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates. Interested in this job?Click Apply Now, email your resume to  , or call us at 2  to learn more.
