This on-site role requires close collaboration with educators and healthcare professionals to ensure the students safety, health, and well-being in a supportive educational environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver one-on-one nursing care tailored to the students specific medical needs throughout the school day.Monitor and manage medical equipment and treatments as prescribed.Collaborate with school staff and healthcare providers to implement an individualized care plan.Respond promptly and effectively to any medical emergencies or health concerns.Document nursing interventions and maintain accurate health records.Qualifications and Desired Experience:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado is mandatory.Experience in providing 1:1 nursing care, preferably with pediatric or school-aged populations.Knowledge of medical needs associated with medically fragile youth.Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.High school education or equivalent required; additional certifications or training relevant to pediatric nursing are a plus.Location:Fort Collins, Colorado offers a vibrant community nestled against the picturesque foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
