(Eligible after 90 days).Paid Holidays (10): 6 major national holidays plus Good Friday, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.Paid Time Off: 56 hours in first year; plus, additional 40 hours each year through 5th year.Plenty of leads to keep you busy.Weekly training, on the job coaching and training, manager accessible as you need him.Mr. Electric van to take home and dispatched from home in the morning.Credit card and Fuel card.Company uniform: shirts, coat and hat.Company issued iPad.The company provides per diem for personal cell phone.Leaders who run the company with great communication and training.Growth opportunities to move up and earn more in the organization.*Skills and/or Requirements:*Two+ years electrical experience.Wireman, Journeyman or Master's electrical license, required.Comfortable and skilled at explaining technical things and educating customers on options for their service.Physically able to perform duties of an electrician in small spaces such crawlspaces and attics, climbing ladders, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.Must be able to install light fixtures, fans, switches, receptacles, GFCI outlets, and repair and change out panels and grounding, install generators and more.Have all own hand and power tools.Strong computer/iPad skills, a must.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Able to pass a drug test, background check and MVR.High school degree or GED.Service Titan, a plus! (But - we are happy to train you if you are good with iPads, software, apps etc.)*Responsibilities:*Solve customer's electrical issues from installations to repairs. This could range from installing basic fixtures to replacing a home's electrical panel and wiring.Complex troubleshooting.Perform quality control testing.Assist customers in evaluating repairs versus replacement options and perform work as needed.Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects.Provide work order description and price customers' projects on iPad in Service Titan.Ensure the safety of both you and the people you serve, leaving their homes safer than when you first walked in.
