Key AccountabilitiesDrive the development and implementation of process design strategies and standards including plans & targets to improve the business operating capabilities for the region.Lead regional sustainment initiatives by analyzing regional process data, identifying gaps to standards, delivering effective proposals to countermeasure.Work effectively with local and regional process development and sustainment teams to ensure process standards are created, documented, and sustained.Develop methods and tools to ensure process standardization is maintained throughout the manufacturing sites.Develop and sustain standard programs for process design and deliver when required.Serve as designated system admin alternate. Understand the admin role to support system change management.Qualifications, Experience, and SkillsBachelors degree in engineering/technical areas: industrial, manufacturing, systems, or any other equivalent degree with the required experience 5+ years experience in Process Engineering or Manufacturing Systems with a focus on the automotive industrySystems technology experience, knowledge of process engineering, business analysis skills, project management, process project design & implementation, change management, MS Office.
