A full list of location addresses and hours can be found below.Compensation and Benefits$290,000 - $335,000 Full Time Annually (part time and per diem also available)Sign-on Bonus and up to $50,000 in Annual IncentivesFree Malpractice InsuranceCME Credit and Time OffNHSC Loan Repay EligibilityRetirement Plan with 50% Employer MatchPaid Time Off, Extended Sick Leave and Paid HolidaysMedical/Dental/Vision/FSA/Life InsuranceRelocation AssistanceRetention BonusDuties and ResponsibilitiesProvide high quality and caring medical services to a diverse patient populationPerform routine exams, common procedures and screeningsOrder and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and point-of-care testsEvaluate patients with complex problems and refer to appropriate specialistsSupervise and mentor mid-levels in a responsive mannerExercise cultural sensitivity and seek assistance with translations if neededComplete all required documentation in accordance with departmental standardsComply with electronic medical record requirements, including medication reconciliation, finalizing notes, clearing out personal pool, and participating in clinic poolAttend all mandatory meetings and minimize incident reportsUse resources efficiently and practice medicine in a cost-effective mannerParticipate in Clinical Outcomes ProgramMaintain behavioral standards and respectful interactions with colleagues and patientsObtain good peer reviews, attend mandatory meetings and minimize incident reportsWork toward meeting organizational targets for all metricsParticipate in administrative duties and on-call schedule in a timely mannerMust keep medical license, DEA registration and BLS/CPR certification currentPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:Doctorate from an accredited school of medicineBoard certified or board eligible in a primary care fieldCurrent unrestricted license to practice in the State of CaliforniaDEA licenseCurrent American Heart Association health care provider CPR (BLS), or Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, or Advance Resuscitation Training1 year of experience working in family practiceExperience with underserved, low-income, or homeless community members preferredSecond language fluency desired not required The following clinics are currently in need of a Physician to join their integrated health team.
