Develops, individualizes, and prioritizes the patient's plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and health team members. Implements identified plans for patients and unit-specific process improvement with appropriate nursing interventions and physician orders in an accurate, timely manner. [Required]• Critical thinking/problem-solving skills. [Required]• Must have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care that addresses the physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and age-appropriate needs of the patient population served within the department. [Required]• Basic computer skills. [Required]• Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills.
