Job DescriptionCheck below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.Pain Medicine Physician (Full-Time)Locations: Waldorf, MD & Prince Frederick, MDPractice: Newbridge Spine & Pain CenterPosition Overview:Newbridge Spine & Pain Center, a leading provider of comprehensive pain management services, is seeking a dedicated Pain Medicine Physician to join our team full-time. This position will be split between our Waldorf and Prince Frederick, Maryland locations. We offer flexible scheduling options, considering both 4-day and 5-day work weeks to support work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:Provide non-surgical pain management and relief for both chronic and acute pain conditions.Perform interventional procedures such as subacromial injections, therapeutic and steroid injections, epidurals, cervical transforaminal epidural injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and nerve root blocks (candidates proficient in some but not all of these procedures will be considered).Diagnose and treat a variety of pain conditions, including:Head, neck, and spine conditionsShoulder, arm, and elbow conditionsHip, leg, and knee conditionsGeneral body conditionsCancer-related painDevelop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists and other specialists.Educate patients on pain management strategies and preventative care.Qualifications:Board Certification in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Neurology, or Psychiatry.Fellowship trained and certified in Pain Medicine.Minimum of 1 year of experience in Pain Medicine preferred; however, stellar new graduates will be considered.Active Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain one.Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based bonus potential.Flexible work schedule (4- or 5-day work weeks).Generous Paid Time Off (PTO).CME time and allowance.401(k) with 3% safe harbor contribution.Comprehensive health benefits package.Malpractice insurance coverage.Reimbursement for medical license, DEA, and CDS registration fees.The salary range for this role is $280,000-$350,000 in base pay andexclusive of any bonusesor available benefits(medical, dental, vision, life, , 401K, paid time off, and/or other wellness programs).The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location and benefits vary by practice.Our practice is a proud member of Privia Medical Group, a national physician organization with more than 4,300+ providers with over 1,100+ locations in multiple states. xijylhu Through high-performance physician groups, accountable care organizations, and population health management programs, Privia works in partnership with health plans, health systems and employers to better align reimbursements to quality and outcomes.Contact:Danielle LiberatoreAssociate Director, Provider RecruitmentPrivia Medical Group
