Job DescriptionNeurologist - Fort Worth, TX (New Graduates Welcome!)Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)Setting: Outpatient Neurology PracticeSchedule: 4 days/week - Outpatient Clinic & 1 day/week (Friday) - Administrative ResponsibilitiesNo weekends/on-call requirementsPosition Overview:We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible outpatient neurologist to help build a newly established service line in the community. -The physician will be seeing patients in an outpatient clinic with no inpatient responsibilities.  This is a full-time outpatient role offering a balanced schedule with dedicated administrative time and strong earning potential.The ideal candidate is clinically confident, patient-focused, and comfortable managing a variety of neurological conditions in an outpatient setting. New graduates are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive outpatient neurological careDiagnose and manage a wide range of neurological conditionsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansMaintain accurate documentation and patient recordsSee approximately 14-16 patients per day (half new, half follow-up visits)Participate in care coordination and administrative duties one day per weekCollaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient careQualifications:Open xijylhu to new graduatesEligible for Texas medical licensureActive DEA (or ability to obtain)Benefits:50% employer subsidy toward individual health insurance premiumPerformance Bonus: Up to $150,000 per year (paid every 4 months based on productivity and performance metrics)3 weeks paid time off during the first yearPerformance bonuses paid every 4 monthsNo call and no weekend responsibilities
