We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, outpatient care to a diverse patient population. Our team of 4 MDs and 3 NPs works together to deliver comprehensive pediatric care. We believe in providing a positive work-life balance, as evidenced by our 4-day work week and outpatient-only focus. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled clinicians but also team players eager to contribute to a thriving practice with a strong sense of community.Job Highlights:Well-established, physician-owned outpatient pediatric practice.Voted "Best in San Joaquin" annually since 2009Full-time, 4-day work week, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.Average 20-25 patients per physician per day, Diverse patient population from birth to 21 years old.Home-call only. No hospital or nursery call.$260,000 Salary + Signing Bonus + Relocation.  (Productivity-based compensation structure with income guarantee potential.)Vacation, malpractice coverage, health insurance, retirement matching.
