A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.Local Team Collaboration: Join our team of 25 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers 9 (APPs) at Peace Health Southwest Medical Center.Work alongside medical directors, performance nurses, and a program manager.Qualifications:Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physicians welcome to applyOpen to experienced or new grad physiciansH1B candidates invited to apply; access to Sound's in-house visa specialists as well as our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid and services coveredScheduling: Full time nocturnist schedule - 7 pm-7 amWe offer a standard 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule.Other flexible schedule options may also be available.We support one another by covering shifts when needed.Key Responsibilities: Nocturnists handle admissions and cross coverOur hospital has a closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist support, and we don't require procedures or codes.Living and Working in Vancouver Vancouver isn't just where we work"”it's where we live and enjoy the perfect balance of urban convenience and natural beauty.
