At Archbold Urgent Care, you will experience a diverse patient population with a wide range of clinical presentations. Our model allows physicians the time and resources needed to thoroughly assess, treat and document each visit in a supportive environment designed to minimize unnecessary stress and maintain an efficient, patient-centered workflow.Patient care is not only provided by physicians and physician assistants, but also licensed nurses, radiology technicians, and lab personnel. This care includes treating minor injuries and illness, performing school and sports physicals, and offering laboratory and X-ray services on-site during all hours of operation.Responsibilities of this position include:Perform assessments and examinations for patients presenting to the Urgent Care Center and returning for follow-up visitsProvide education for patients and family membersCounsel patients on preventive health care and treatment plans before dischargePrescribe medications as deemed appropriateRefer patients as neededMaintain compliance with documentation requirementsPosition Details:Flexible Scheduling -We are pleased to discuss scheduling options that best align with your professional and personal needs.Minimal Call Requirement (One week per month to receive phone calls after hours for critical labs.
