Our model is designed to improve outcomes while supporting physician sustainability, autonomy, and work-life balance.Why This RoleNo RVU or productivity requirements3.5-day work weekCall shifts may be combined with clinic daysMidwife-led model with 24/7 in-house CNM hospital coverageFull-scope OB/GYN practice with multiple surgical venuesAthena EMR in clinic and Ambience AI Scribe technologyStrong operational, administrative, and clinical supportRole OverviewThe OB/GYN Medical Director provides full-scope OB/GYN care while serving as a clinical leader within Diana Health's integrated care model, partnering closely with Certified Nurse Midwives, practice leadership, and hospital teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care, including office-based and hospital-based gynecologic procedures and surgeries.Serve as Medical Director, providing clinical leadership and oversight within a team-based, integrated care model.Support and supervise Certified Nurse Midwives as needed, serving as physician backup and co-managing cases.Develop and review clinical policies, protocols, and patient education materials.Partner with Practice leadership on clinical operations and patient safety.Participate in regulatory, accreditation, and quality improvement activities.Provide clinical education and collaborate across clinical and non-clinical teams.Participate in an agreed number of 24-hour laborist call shifts, serving as backup to in-house CNMs.Ensure timely, accurate documentation and patient communications. xijylhu Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base compensation (no wRVU requirements)Annual Bonus based on performanceComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with an HSA/FSA401(k) with employer matchCME allowance plus paid CME timeMalpractice insurance with tail coveragePaid time off and holidaysPaid parental leaveAI-enabled documentation tools to reduce administrative burden QualificationsBoard certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology5+ years of clinical experience preferredDemonstrated leadership experienceTrained in roboticsActive DEALicensed to practice in Texas upon start dateCollaborative, patient-centered approach to careDiana Health CultureWe value empathy, accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
