The Chair of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) will provide strategic and operational oversight of all clinical rehabilitation services on the MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital (MGSH) campus, including acute inpatient rehabilitation, consultation services, and outpatient operations. Responsibilities include achievement of departmental financial and volume goals, leadership of quality and patient safety initiatives, and ensuring continued compliance with CARF and Joint Commission accreditation standards. The inpatient rehabilitation unit consists of 49 beds and serves a diverse patient population with complex rehabilitative needs. In addition, the Chair will serve as Associate Medical Director, Regional Physiatry - Baltimore Region.
