If you're looking for a role that supports your professional growth and your connection to a vibrant community, we'd love to talk.Local Team Collaboration:Become part of a cohesive and long-standing team of 24 physicians with the support of a clinical performance nurse at St. Joseph's Medical Center.Our team comprises clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds who rely on and learn from one another in their approach to patient care.We gather frequently for lunch and monthly for team meetings.We proudly sponsor H-1B candidates, and Sound has excellent in-house visa specialists as well as licensing and credentialing experts.Qualifications:Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.IM or FM board certification or eligibility, with the expectation of obtaining certification.Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in California.We welcome interest from physicians coming out of training or physicians with experience desiring a career change.Authorized to work in the United States.Scheduling:Days, swings, and nights available.Flexible block schedulesKey Responsibilities:We work in an open ICU setting with 24/7 intensivist coverage.
