By combining our expertise, we have created a dynamic, patient-centric environment dedicated to providing the highest standard of womens healthcare in the East Bay. Our team is committed to fostering a supportive, collaborative atmosphere where both our patients and our providers can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive care with a balanced clinical mix of approximately 50% Obstetrics and 50% Gynecology.Perform a wide range of in-office procedures, including colposcopies, LEEPs, IUD insertions, endometrial biopsies, hysteroscopies, and endometrial ablations.Conduct major gynecological surgeries in the hospital setting, including a high volume of robotic cases.Participate in a favorable call rotation: Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) cover primary call on a 1:6 basis, with physicians providing backup for operative deliveries on a 1:5 rotation.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.Work a full-time schedule: 4 days patient-facing and 1 day administrative.QualificationsBoard certified or board eligible (if within two years of residency) in Obstetrics and Gynecology.Active California medical license or the ability to obtain one.Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to clinical excellence.New graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
