Primary care services include family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics and pediatrics. The Center also provides access to specialty care services such as allergy/immunology, behavioral health, ENT, endocrinology, gastroenterology and rheumatology. Our outpatient facility also provides imaging (radiology) and laboratory services as well as Prompt Care walk-in services.SIH Primary Care Murphysboro offers primary care services for the entire family. Our Murphysboro location also houses Podiatry services.SIH Logan Primary Care - West Frankfort offers primary care services for the entire family and after hours/weekend walk-in services.SIH Primary Care Marion offers primary care services for the entire family, pediatric services, and behavioral health services.  SIH Primary Care Harrisburg offers primary care services for the entire family, podiatry care and surgical care.
