Job DescriptionIf your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesNorthridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a per diem Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our inpatient rehabilitation service at Northridge Hospital Medical Center.100% Inpatient PM&R practice at a single hospitalPer Diem opportunity with flexible scheduling to cover alternating weekends, holidays and/or vacationsJoin a tenured, multispecialty medical group established in 1976Work alongside experienced PM&R physicians in a collegial, team-based environmentCollaborate with a full interdisciplinary rehabilitation team (PT, OT, SLP, nursing, case management, and social work) and hospitalist teamOpportunity to participate in quality improvement and program development within a CARF-accredited settingCompensation Details$1,560 per 8-hour shift (non-benefited, per diem)Expected schedule: 12-15 shifts per monthFlexible scheduling within a supportive, collaborative environmentJob RequirementsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)Board Certified in Physical Medicine & RehabilitationExperience with spinal cord injury rehabilitation is preferredActive California Medical License (or ability to obtain)DEA certification (or eligibility)Prior inpatient rehabilitation experience preferredExperience with spinal cord injuries highly desirableStrong communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to patient-centered, mission-driven careWhere You'll WorkDignity Health Medical Group - Northridge, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is a well-established, physician-led medical group providing high-quality medical services to patients in Southern California.
