For more information, visit  .Highlights:Competitive compensation package: base guaranteed salary + performance-based incentives (productivity and quality)Comprehensive benefit package: Medical, dental, vision, retirement (401K with employer match), time off, sick time, CMEGenerous Paid time off policyMalpractice and tail coverage providedOpportunities to provide leadership, support quality and safety initiatives, lead and maintain clinical excellence and innovation, and develop clinical, administrative, and clinical research activities for our patientsResponsibilities:Surgical management/care for patients with benign and malignant diseases of the liver, pancreas and bile ducts, participating in related regional/ national/ international conferences, teaching fellows/students, and conducting clinical trials or other research.Perform surgical procedures with precision and expertise, adhering to established protocols and national guidelinesStay current with advancements in surgical techniques, technologies, and research.Maintain accurate medical coding for procedures performed and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.Provide compassionate care in various settings including clinics, senior care facilities, or hospice care environments as needed. xijylhu Experience/Requirements:A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institutionAmerican Board Certified in Surgery - General SurgeryMust have or be eligible for California State Medical licensureCompletion of a residency program from an ACGME accredited program in surgeryFellowship trained in an accredited AHPBA (Americas Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association) fellowship program or equivalent CGSO (Complex General Surgical Oncology) fellowship program with high volume HPB specific case experienceComplex laparoscopic and/or robotic HPB and intraoperative ultrasound experienceMinimum of 4-6 years of experience as a surgeon specializing within treating liver, bile duct and pancreatic cancer.Well versed in the surgical and medical management of benign and malignant conditions in the liver, pancreas, bile duct and duodenumHighly skilled and experienced hepatopancreaticobiliary (HPB) surgeon who will provide exceptional and evidence based surgical care for complex liver, biliary, and pancreatic conditionsCommitment to multidisciplinary team discussions, ongoing quality improvement, and patient centered initiatives Has excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skillsCommitment to teaching, education, working with fellowsFocused on quality and standard of careInclude an unedited, full video of a complex robotic pancreatic, liver, or bile duct case with no patient identificationContact:Steven YiPhysician Consultant
