Our program is growing rapidly and we are expanding out beautiful Hoag Irvine Hospital campus.  We are seeking dedicated and compassionate providers who take pride in delivering the highest levels of care for patients and are interested in joining an innovative and collaborative Team.The Hoag Jeffrey M. Carlton Heart & Vascular Institute at Hoag Health is pioneering world-class care in our community.  The program is involved in multiple clinical trials and is often a site for new technologies as multiple leading biotech companies are headquartered or have a strong presence in Orange County, CA.  We are also expanding, with a new hospital being completed in Irvine, CA in 2026!Details:Full time positionSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmOutpatient role with occasional inpatient duties including rounding and first assist supportCompetitive compensation package inclusive of a base guaranteed salaryComprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, sick timeExperienced Team including Vascular surgeons, Cardiothoracic Surgeons, APP's and seasoned support staffCompensation:Competitive compensation package: Base salaryComprehensive benefit package: medical, dental, vision, life, retirement with match, paid time off, sick time, CMERetirement plan with employer matching contributionGenerous time off policyCME stipend providedMalpractice coverage providedDuties:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.Administer medications and perform procedures such as phlebotomy and dermabrasion.Provide health coaching to patients, educating them on lifestyle changes and wellness strategies.Suturing, closing, retracting. Sclerotherapy experience preferred but not requiredParticipate in discharge planning for patients leaving the hospital, ensuring continuity of care.Maintain accurate medical records and documentation, including medical coding for billing purposes.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Vascular Surgery PA or 2 years of experienceActive CA Physician Assistant License in good standingGraduate from an accredited PA programVascular and /or surgical experience highly preferred but not requiredExperience with Epic EMR preferredExperience working in a hospital setting is preferred. xijylhu Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.Contact:Steven YiPhysician Consultant
