This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside our newly appointed division chief and help build a premier pediatric ENT program serving the Central Florida region.Position HighlightsJoin a Growing Team: Work with our newly established division chief to expand our pediatric ENT services and shape the future of the programComprehensive Pediatric Practice: Focus exclusively on pediatric otolaryngology with access to a robust referral base across Central FloridaState-of-the-Art Facilities: Access to modern surgical suites, advanced diagnostic equipment, and dedicated pediatric operating roomsAcademic Opportunities: Potential for teaching and research involvement with affiliated medical education programsCollaborative Environment: Work closely with pediatric subspecialists across multiple disciplines including pulmonology, allergy/immunology, genetics, and craniofacial surgeryResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient pediatric otolaryngology carePerform surgical procedures including but not limited to: tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, ear tube placement, endoscopic sinus surgery, airway reconstruction, and head and neck proceduresManage complex pediatric ENT conditions including airway disorders, hearing loss, congenital anomalies, and chronic rhinosinusitisParticipate in multidisciplinary care teams for complex casesContribute to quality improvement initiatives and program developmentParticipate in call rotation to provide emergency ENT coverageQualifications:Education: M.D., D.O.Completion of an ACGME or AOA Otolaryngology Residency and Pediatric Otolaryngology FellowshipBoard Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of OtolaryngologyUnrestricted FL medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEABenefits Package:Comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision, and dental insurance, malpractice coverage, disability coverage, deferred compensation, and matching retirement savings options starting from day one.Generous starting bonus.Annual CME stipend.Eligible employer under the Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program.Orlando is a thriving metropolis with numerous activities and plenty of sunshine to enjoy year-round.
