Join our thriving practice that includes multiple on-site specialties and a long tenured and experienced staff.Practice Details:14 provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite.Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.34 patient contact hours per week.Call Frequency: 1:20 low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage.Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule.Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).M Health Fairview Clinic Andover is located 24 miles from downtown Minneapolis.
