This physician can have training in either Surgical Oncology or Otolaryngology. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly skilled, established and growing surgical program within a Commission on Cancer Accredited institution, offering access to cutting-edge care, clinical trials, and a highly collaborative practice environment.Be part of a multi-disciplinary team of fellowship-trained surgical oncologists, general surgeons, ENTs, medical oncologists and advanced practice providers.Diagnosis and treatment of head and neck oncologic conditions including cancers/tumors of the thyroid, parathyroid, oral cavity, pharynx, larynx, sinuses, salivary glands, melanoma and sarcoma.State of the art operating rooms and surgical tower with access to robotic surgery.Opportunities for clinical research and teaching within our ACGME-accredited General Surgery Residency ProgramMinimal call responsibilities and a strong support infrastructure Multidisciplinary Cancer Care:Dedicated radiologists, pathologists, geneticists, medical and radiation oncologists, and other subspecialty surgeonsNurse navigators guiding patients through diagnosis and treatmentHigh-risk breast clinic and survivorship programsPalliative care services, dietitians, social workers, PT/OT for lymphedema, and financial counselorsWeekly multidisciplinary Tumor BoardsEpic EMR for seamless communication across departmentsAcademic Environment with teaching and mentorship opportunitiesSupportive, collegial culture with room for clinical and programmatic growthLeadership opportunities based on experience and interestOpportunities for clinical and translational research xijylhu QualificationsFlorida License - requiredInterest in full-spectrum Head and Neck practiceFormal fellowship training in Surgical Oncology or Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery is required BenefitsWe believe in the physical and mental well-being of our employees and are committed to offering comprehensive benefits that fit their personal needs.
