Job DescriptionIf the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Provide specialized occupational therapy services in an educational setting, supporting students from TK through 12th grade across multiple school sites in Moreno Valley, CA. This short-term contract assignment, approximately 8 weeks in duration, offers the opportunity to work directly with students to help them meet their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and enhance their functional skills and participation in school activities.Key Responsibilities:Deliver occupational therapy interventions aligned with IEP objectives for a diverse student population.Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, therapists, and administrators to create inclusive learning environments.Participate in and lead IEP meetings to discuss student progress and adapt therapy plans as needed.Utilize technology effectively for documentation, communication, and remote service delivery, if applicable.Qualifications:Valid licensure and experience as an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services.Proven ability to lead IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams.Experience working with SEIS (Special Education Information System) is preferred.Strong technological skills with comfort in using digital tools for both onsite and potential virtual work.Adaptability and effective communication skills to work across multiple school sites.Location: Moreno Valley, California (onsite preferred; virtual considered for highly qualified candidates)Benefits:Opportunity to impact student growth and educational access over a focused, short-term period.Collaborative work environment within multidisciplinary educational teams.Potential for flexible work arrangements depending on candidate expertise.This role is ideal for an experienced occupational therapist who thrives in dynamic educational settings and is eager to contribute their skills to support student success.
