Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa, Florida, is actively recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. Every day, we improve the lives of Veterans and their families who have proudly served our nation.Position Responsibilities:We seek a skilled and compassionate Urologist with a broad clinical background and commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Providing direct patient care for a diverse and complex Veteran population.Performing comprehensive urologic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and managing genitourinary disorders.Conducting open, endoscopic, and minimally invasive (including robotic) surgical procedures.Performing neuromodulation and placement/revision of urologic prosthetics.Participating in on-call coverage on a rotating basis.Mentoring and training urology residents (PGY2PGY5) in our academic teaching program. xijylhu Optional opportunities exist to engage in research and didactic instruction. Preferred Qualifications:Board Certified / Board Eligible in Urology13 years of recent surgical experience, including robotic procedures Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $365,000 $400,000 per yearEducation Debt Reduction Program (EDRP): Eligible position (student loan repayment assistance)Paid Time Off: 5055 days annually (including 26 vacation days, 13 sick days, 11 federal holidays, and possible CME leave)Insurance: Comprehensive federal insurance packages (health, dental, vision, life, long-term care)Retirement: Federal pension (FERS) with 401(k) and up to 5% VA matchingCME Reimbursement: Up to $1,000 per year for board-certified full-time physiciansMalpractice Coverage: Provided at no cost, including tail coverageLicensure: Valid unrestricted license from any U.S. state or territoryMoonlighting: Permitted (no employment contract restrictions)No State Income Tax in Florida
