Due to continued growth within the St. Lukes University Health Network, we are seeking a full-time, partnership-track Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our highly collaborative team.This position is open to newly graduating pediatric anesthesia fellows and offers the opportunity to practice in a large, integrated health system while caring for both pediatric and adult patients.About Anesthesia Specialists of BethlehemASB is comprised of anesthesiologists and approximately 180 CRNAs, providing anesthesia services across multiple inpatient hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers throughout St. Lukes University Health Network.Key facilities include:St. Lukes Bethlehem Campus Level I Trauma Center and primary inpatient siteSt. Lukes Anderson Campus Level II Trauma CenterIn addition:ASB supports three newly built Mother & Baby Pavilions across three campusesThe network performs approximately 5,000 deliveries annuallyOur practice supports a broad and diverse case mix, including orthopedics, thoracic surgery, neurosurgery, interventional radiology, urology, gynecology, ENT, vascular, and general surgery. Fellowship-trained cardiac anesthesiologists provide comprehensive cardiac anesthesia services, and intensivists manage ICU care at most sites.Pediatric Anesthesia ProgramSt. Lukes has made significant investments in pediatric surgical services, resulting in continued growth in pediatric volume. The Bethlehem campus includes:Inpatient pediatric care unit8-bed Pediatric ICU (PICU)Level III NICU within the networkASB provides anesthesia care for pediatric patients of all ages, including infants and an increasing number of neonates. Pediatric services include:General surgeryENTUrologyCosmetic plastic surgeryPediatric MRI anesthesiaThe system employs two high-volume pediatric orthopedic surgeons (including a pediatric spine surgeon) and two pediatric gastroenterologists. Pediatric coverage is supported by a dedicated team of CRNAs.Call: Home call, approximately 1:5, shared with a pediatric CRNA.Clinical Model & Physician LeadershipASB is deeply committed to the Perioperative Surgical Home model.
