We support our providers with autonomy, respect, and the tools they need to deliver exceptional care.THE OPPORTUNITY:Monday-Thursday 8-5 | Friday 8-1236 clinical hours + 4 admin hours weeklyShared call for results/urgent questions (no inpatient responsibilities), after-hours triaged by nurse lineDedicated nurse and full support teamEMR: Cerner with Dragon dictation and Ambient AI for chartingDAY-TO-DAY:Conduct DOT and pre?employment physicals, return?to?work and fitness?for?duty examsEvaluate and manage work?related injuries and exposures (acute and follow?up care)Perform clinical evaluations related to occupational injuries, illnesses, and exposuresAdminister and interpret drug/alcohol testing, immunizations, TB, respirator clearance (OSHA)Provide acute injury care for strains, sprains, lacerations, contusions, chemical exposures, foreign bodies, and other work?related injuries.Manage follow?up visits, including progress checks, modified?duty planning, and timely reassessment of work status.Provide guidance on developing return?to?work pathways, safety initiatives, and employee risk assessments. BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:$5k+ sign-on bonusCompetitive salary (typically MGMA median) Full benefits package: Health, dental, & vision; supplemental insurance options (short/long-term disability, accidental, cancer, life); retirement plans with employer match.PSLF loan repayment eligibility5 CME days + $2K annual allowance24 PTO daysMalpractice Insurance + Tail CoverageQUALIFICATIONSGraduate of accredited NP or PA program; current SC license (or eligibility)1-2+ years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary careDOT certification (FMCSA)Current BLS; ACLSLIFE IN COASTAL SOUTH CAROLINA:Enjoy a relaxed, coastal lifestyle with world-class golf, boating, dining, and family-friendly communities.
