Our center, part of the GUIDE program for dementia care, is expanding to enhance our comprehensive approach to brain health. We are committed to diagnosing and treating memory loss diseases, including Alzheimer's and other dementias, using a sophisticated, multidisciplinary approach. Job Description:This ambulatory focused position offers the opportunity to be part of a respected team dedicated to patient-centered care. With possible limited inpatient service depending on the candidate, there is the option of protected time to participate in clinical trials and investigator-initiated research. Our Memory Center is supported by experienced physicians, neuropsychologists, research staff, and a social worker, fostering a collaborative environment for comprehensive dementia care. Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate care for patients with Alzheimer's and other dementias, supporting their care partners.Engage in clinical, educational, and research activities to advance dementia care.Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to offer holistic and integrated care plans. Main memory center site is at Advocate Lutheran General however multiple other sites in need of development/satellite clinics.
