This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern ambulatory urgent care setting with strong clinical leadership and operational support.Position HighlightsEvaluate, diagnose, and treat non-emergent acute illnesses and minor injuries across the lifespanPerform and interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies, EKGs, and imagingPerform in-office procedures consistent with urgent care practice and scope of licensureCollaborate closely with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary care teamsEnsure timely referrals, escalation of care, and coordination when clinically indicatedPractice within a highly respected, physician-led organizationQualifications:Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programNational certification as an NP (FNP or equivalent) or PA-CActive, unrestricted California licenseCurrent DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)BLS required; ACLS and PALS as applicablePrior urgent care, emergency medicine, or ambulatory acute care experience requiredOrganization Details:Sutter West Bay Medical Group is a premier, physician-led multispecialty group providing care throughout San Francisco.
