Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide comprehensive, on-site speech therapy services across multiple educational settings in Northern Virginia, including home and school environments.Location: Stafford County, VA (approximately 45 minutes south of Washington, D.C.)Position Type: Part-time, travel requiredDuration: ASAP through May 29, 2026Hours: 10-15 hours per weekCaseload: Supporting a 4th-grade student in the home, a 2nd-grade student in a school setting, and up to two students at a private day school in ManassasKey Responsibilities:Deliver individualized speech therapy interventions tailored to students needsCollaborate with educators and families to support student progressMaintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulationsAdapt therapy plans for various settings including home, public school, and private school environmentsQualifications & Experience:Current, active Virginia SLP licensure requiredExperience working with elementary-aged students preferredAbility to complete a VA Department of Social Services background check and provide current TB test resultsFlexible availability to work onsite across assigned locationsCandidates with 0+ years of experience considered; pay range responds to years of relevant school-based experienceBenefits & Perks:Exposure to diverse educational settings and student needsSupportive scheduling with part-time hours suitable for work-life balanceOpportunity to impact student communication development across multiple sitesTo Apply:Candidates who meet licensure and credentialing requirements are encouraged to submit their qualifications promptly.
