Lauderdale, FL. Partners collaborate on a regular basis (including weekly, multi-disciplinary Breast Conference and Tumor Board on rotating basis) and limited call requirements to minimal evenings, weekends, and holidays.The pathology group provides services to all service lines within the hospital plus the medical group offices and offsite labs. RequirementsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degreeSuccessful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Pathology residency programBoard Certification through the American Board of Pathology in AP/CPObtain Florida medical licensure RECRUITMENT PACKAGECompetitive salary and excellent benefits package include:Sign-on Bonus Competitive 2-year guaranteed salary base to begin practice, moving to productivity model after two yearsStarting compensation $430,000Excellent benefits; xijylhu including health/vision/dental insurancesCME time & expense allowance of $2,500Malpractice Insurance (including tail coverage)Paid time away from the practice403b Retirement savings program with employer matching programLoan Repayment: Our institution qualifies as an eligible employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
