The role emphasizes preventative care through routine check-ups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests. Educating patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans is a key responsibility. The position requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care, while delivering culturally competent care that respects the community's values and practices.
