This role involves managing Cesarean Sections, Vaginal Deliveries, and External Cephalic Versions, as well as caring for inpatient GYN services and handling emergency department consultations. Your expertise will be vital for postpartum care, particularly for high-risk and complex patients. You will also support service recovery for birth trauma or unexpected outcomes, collaborate with the Assistant Nursing Manager on the induction list, and ensure patient safety. Additionally, you will lead initiatives focused on Quality, Safety, and Performance and facilitate debrief sessions for challenging cases.
