Job DescriptionA high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.Job SummaryPhoenixville Neonatologist:The Department of Neonatology at Tower Health is seeking a full-time Neonatologist for the NICU at Phoenixville Hospital.The successful candidate will be one who has a proven record of dedication to patient care and experience with teaching.The Neonatologist must also possess outstanding interpersonal skills and have a proven experience of work in a team focused environment. The Phoenixville Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a Level 2B unit and cares for infants who are born at 32 weeks gestation or greater. Phoenixville Hospital has over 1500 deliveries and the NICU has over 100 admissions each year. The NICU is staffed 24 hours a day by a team of 4 board-certified neonatologists and 1 neonatal nurse practitioner. The neonatologists also provide coverage of the Newborn Nursery. The units registered nurses have an average of 10 years experience in neonatal intensive care.
