As part of our team, youll have the chance to deliver high-quality care while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Our office offers a full range of health care services for the entire family, including: routine pediatric exams (well-baby and well-child checkups, school, camp and sports physicals); adolescent medicine; routine adult and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance); care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; and preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations, as well as cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.HIGHLIGHTS:Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triagePhysician governed organization with physician led JOCOption for flexible schedule 3, 4, or 5 day work weekAPP Collaboration which provides an additional source of compensationOpportunities for teaching (1styear AMC students and precepting NP/PA students)Opportunity for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desiredOpportunities for physician leadership/administrative work are available if interested.REQUIREMENTS:  NYS licensure and DEA requiredBoard CertifiedOpen to experienced or new graduate candidatesStrong interest in the provision of Primary Care for all ages.RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:We offer a competitive base salary with earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.Competitive starting salary range of $250,000 $260,000 with ability to earn additional money in productivity.The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.
