Practice in a modern system - Deliver care in a fully equipped VA medical center with strong specialty support and integrated services.? Your Role: UrologistMajor Duties & Responsibilities include:Diagnose, treat, and manage a full spectrum of urologic conditions.Perform surgical procedures, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic, and open surgeries.Conduct outpatient clinics and inpatient consultations.Participate in shared call rotation with the urology team.Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical and surgical services to ensure coordinated care.Document care in the VA's electronic medical record (CPRS).Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review.Supervise and teach residents and medical students, as applicable.Work Schedule:Full-time, Monday-FridayParticipation in call rotation is required.?
