Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.This full-time, onsite position in Katy, TX, offers an opportunity to provide direct school-based speech-language pathology assistant (SLPA) services under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist. The role covers the remainder of the school year and requires an active Texas SLPA license with no clinical hours or intern status. The assignment begins ASAP and continues through June 4, 2026.Key Responsibilities:Deliver speech-language services in a school setting according to the supervising SLPs treatment plans.Collaborate effectively with school staff, students, and families.Maintain accurate and timely documentation.Adhere to district policies and comply with confidentiality requirements.Communicate proactively about scheduling and student progress.Required Qualifications:Active Texas SLPA licensure (fully licensed; no internship or clinical hour requirements).Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred.Reliable transportation to onsite location in Southwest Houston.Ability to pass a drug screening and complete fingerprint/background checks within three days of contract signing.Dependable, punctual, and excellent communication skills.Location:Based onsite at a Southwest Houston elementary school.Additional Information:Virtual interview lasting 1530 minutes.Position requires use of personal laptop.Onboarding readiness includes prompt completion of background check and drug screening.If you meet these qualifications and are ready to contribute to a supportive educational environment, submit your updated resume, active TX SLPA license, and other required documents to be considered.
